Nolan is a Wyoming native who shares a love, with many others, for his backyard playground in the Snowy Range, Bighorn Mountains, Bridger-Teton area, and the Rocky Mountains. Outside of his education, Nolan is an amateur mountaineer and hopes to climb many of North America's peaks over the coming years. His favorite part of the expeditions he has embarked on was documenting the journey leading up to the goal through photography and videography.
He is pursing a degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Honors at the University of Wyoming and hopes to apply his knowledge to snow and glacier science after graduating. Part of the goal of his Capstone is to encourage others to use their passions, interests, and skills to aid in conservation efforts.
